Nick Pulis
Nick Pulis understands strength in numbers, families with kids, and the rhythm of real estate.
Years of teaching piano put Nick inside the living rooms of families across the community. He learned their routines, their priorities, and the things that mattered most to them. At the same time, a degree in Economics and Political Science gave him a framework for understanding how decisions, especially big ones, carry real financial weight.
For Nick, people and numbers were never separate disciplines. They were always the same conversation.
When Nick was younger, he watched his parents purchase their home in St. Albert. He wasn't in real estate. He wasn't even thinking about it yet. But he was paying attention. Their agent was personable and easy to work with, and at the time that felt like enough. What Nick noticed, even then, was that the business side of the transaction was thin. Comparable properties weren't brought to the table. The market context that could have shaped a sharper decision just wasn't part of the conversation. That feeling, that his parents should have had more guidance and more information, stayed with him long after the purchase was done.
Helping families do a great job with family business is what Nick loves about being part of the HACK&CO Real Estate Team. Having a background in teaching and an understanding of business makes it easier for Nick to guide people through making informed decisions, even when they're high-stakes. Nick now has a young family of his own. He and his wife Ryden are new parents to a daughter, and that perspective sharpens everything he does for his clients.
Outside of real estate, he stays active through jiujitsu, keeps music close through piano and singing, and spends weekends with Ryden hiking, camping, and catching movies a short walk from home.
Families deserve more than a likeable agent.
They deserve one who understands them and comes equipped to protect them on the business side of the most important transaction they will make.
That is the gap Nick Pulis is here to close.
