Tyler's practice focuses upon employment law and corporate and business law.
In his employment law work, Tyler has advised hundreds of clients in a wide variety of employment law situations. He has sucessfully obtained six-figure judgements against some of Alberta's largest employers.
Tyler's work in corporate law includes advising a variety of diverse clientele, including realtors, medical professionals, trades workers, and small business owners.
Tyler also has significant experience in real estate transactions, wills and estate matters, and guardianship and trusteeship applications.
His courtroom experience focuses primarily upon employment litigation and estate litigation. He has represented clients in adjudications under the Canada Labour Code and before both the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench.
Tyler has been active in the Canadian Bar Association, having previously held the position of Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Real Property Law Section for Northern Alberta and having been a member of the Executive of the Canadian Bar Association Elder Law Section for Northern Alberta.
In his free time Tyler enjoys reading on a variety of subjects and is an undaunted Edmonton Oilers fan.
Tyler has previously volunteered for a number of years with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre and was a member of the board of Selections Career Support Services (2011-2013).
Christina Henriques is a real estate lawyer practicing in both municipal and commercial real estate as well as in corporate matters. Born in Ottawa, Christina grew up in Sherwood Park and graduated from the University of Alberta in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hons) in Molecular Genetics; and in 2006 with an LLB. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 2007.
Coming from a family of small business owners, Christina takes pride in being able to explain complex matters of law to clients in a way that is useful, easily understood, and practically applied. Christina enjoys helping clients by providing practical, economical and timely services.
Active in the community, Christina serves as a Board Member with Sherwood Park Minor Hockey and is currently the Discovery and Initiation hockey Director. In her free time, Christina enjoys travelling with her husband and their two children.
Hersh's practice is focused only on residential real estate matters. This allows him and his law firm to provide his clients comprehensive representation in all facets of a real estate transaction, including purchases, sales and refinances. A born and raised Edmontonian, he completed both his Undergraduate Degree and his J.D. from the University of Alberta.
Sean specializes in business law including corporations and business transactions, real estate law, including residential and commercial purchases and sales, commercial leasing and foreclosures. He graduated with a J.D. from Queen's University in 2008 after completing a B.Sc. from the University of Alberta in 2004.
Baerach specializes in corporate and commercial legal matters from start-up, growth and acquisition, financing, reorganization, to transition and disposition. He has extensive experience working with all sizes and manner of businesses to provide guidance and support towards their growth and development.
In addition to business law services Baerach has significant experience working for private and commercial lenders in the funding and securitization of business endeavors. Baerach also has a successful legal practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, estate administration, and estate planning.
Baerach prides himself in taking the time necessary to understand in detail his client's and their businesses before providing well balanced advice on the options available. Baerach's professional affiliations include membership in the Canadian Bar Association. He serves as an executive member on both the Board of Swim Alberta and the Edmonton Project and is also a member in good standing of the Metis Nation of Alberta.
